Don’t roll your eyes at me. It is absolutely true. Some of us aren’t blessed with clear skin. That doesn’t mean we can’t do something about it, and by that I do not mean buying cases of Clearasil.
How we treat our bodies has a direct impact on our skin. It makes sense if you think about it. Our skin is the single larges organ of our body. It is impacted by what we eat, drink, and the amount of sleep we get. If you want better skin you need to start treating it better. If you need a little bit more help consider an over the counter medicine like Acnezine.
One very important thing we can do for ourselves is reduce the amount of stress in our lives. A big way to do this is to get more sleep. Studies have shown that a lack of sleep is directly related to higher stress levels.
The next thing you can do for yourself is exercise. Exercise is also shown to reduce stress. Why is reducing stress so important? Good question. It is because our bodies produce additional chemicals when we are stressed and this leads to pimples, zits, and unsightly skin. The moral of the story…relax.
You should also drink lots of water. Not only do we need to stay hydrated but water helps flush toxins from the skin resulting in clear, soft skin.
Not surprising we need to adjust our diet. Garbage in equals garbage out as the saying goes. If you eat a bunch of greasy food you will find that your skin pays the price. Do yourself a favor and eat healthy, organic foods. You will see the difference.
